What will CM 4 bring us? By Mark - The Dugout Saturday, 24 February, 2001
Championship Manager 4, still more then a year away but a lot has been spoken about it already. Many speculations have crossed the room and wild ideas have been spread around. But what will eventually be in Championship Manager 4, nobody knows yet. At least not us fans. Because of the size of the project as CM 4 should become the biggest thing they have ever build they must have started to develop it by now. So before they finalize it and won't be adding additional stuff anymore The Dugout will refresh your memory (and hopefully also Sports Interactive's) with some of the ideas concerning CM 4 that are roaming the Internet. Every day we will be covering a group with a couple of potential additions. Just have a look, there might be something in it which is interesting to you in our CM 4 Option Week.

From the FIFA 2001 Polish website regarding the next game to the FIFA Series:
I'm from the Official Polish Website FIFA 2001 - FIFA POLONIA We received first info (on the world :)) about FIFA 2002 - we received it from the Polish distributor of EA SPORTS - IM Group on our site the news is in Polish, I've translated it for you :):
We know three things:
FIFA 2002 is not going to put out a Polish language version, this is very sad information for all Polish players
But at last there will be a Polish footballer on the gamebox, he is also going to give his motion capture into game and he will be in the INTRO OF FIFA 2002 (wow!), we chose him into plebiscite.

After a long absent of articles from the Sports Goal website, Drinky and I have decided that a cool idea would be to compare the American system of soccer to the rest of the world.
For today we have released the American system. If you're not from America, you can check how the American system is run, starting from youth to the professional level. In a few days, Americans and other interested people can check out how the rest of the world, England and Europe in particular, are being ran.
If you've got nothing better to do, or just want a good quick read, click here to read up on the US Soccer system!

FEd 2001 - Brand New Screens and Information By Drinky Wednesday, 7 February, 2001
Over at our tip-top network site FIFA 2001 Online, you can find out the very latest on Chau Le's latest editing Opus, FEd 2001, which should boast more functionality and features than any of his previous editors. We pressed him for a quote, and he responded with:
"Ian Harvey is a freak! He scored 47 of 30 balls then took 2-5 off 6 overs last night."
No, I have no idea what he's talking about either, but you can check his progress here.
Hull City In Trouble - Help Save The Tigers By Drinky Wednesday, 7 February, 2001
Look, lets be frank. You don't have to read this news post, you can scroll on down or hit another link, if you want.
BUT.
I feel its my duty as a football fan to report this and turn it over to you. As you may have seen, Hull City of Nationwide League Division 3 are on the point of collapse, having been placed into administration, finding themselves several million in debt, hundreds of thousands of pounds having to be paid within two weeks, and having now been locked out of their ground because they can't afford to pay the rent. Andy Beill, who is a Sports Goal veteran, is a prominent local Hull fan, and he's been helping put together the 'Tigers Co-operative', which will see ordinary Hull fans, plus any well wishers, donating into a fund which will be used as capital to secure a loan to make sure that Hull exist beyond the end of the month. You don't have to do this, its not even very soccer-gaming related, but I personally feel that its my duty as someone who loves the game, especially in the lower divisions, to do what I can to help them. If you too feel the same moral obligation, visit the site here.
