E-mail
As a ManagerZone member you also receive an e-mail
account which you can use directly from the webpage. You can also use this
account outside of ManagerZone as it is a fully functional e-mail account. You
can of course also send to your ManagerZone friends.
Everybody receives an account in this format: username@managerzone.com
You can also create folders to organize your
mail. To see the contents of a folder just click on it.
You can also save the addresses of people that
you write to often, so that you do not have to remember them. In ManagerZone you
will always know when you have new email as the letter icon to the top left will
be lit in bright yellow when you have new mail.
Log out
It is important that you logout everytime you
want to end your session. When doing this you are assured that nobody else can
take over your team and make changes that you do not wish. Many times many
people access the same computer so you need to be careful.
Game Assistants
To help in the daily operation of ManagerZone there
are several Game Assistants (GA). There are game assistants in each country and
some focus on more general help independent of country or language. The game
assistants are regular managers that know a lot about the game and has
volunteered to help with everything from support mail to help with answering
questions in the forum.
All game assistants work for free and are by no
means compensated and do not get any advantages over any other players in the
game itself. In the forum you can see game assistants by the fact that each
message they post is followed by GA in red.
Support
If you need help and cannot find the answer in the
manual, FAQ, news letters or in the forum, you can send us an email to our
support staff and the address is depending on your language. The addresses are
as follows:

Always write from your ManagerZone-account. There
are few exceptions to the rule that we answer from other addresses. We also want
to advise that you should not send an email as soon as something does not work.
Many times we are then already working on a known problem. Check the news first.
If you for some reason think somebody is trying
to cheat you can also send us an email. Please write all the facts that you know
to make it easier for the people in the support. Also always mention who you are
and your username.
