TCM 2004 Competition
The official site is currently holding a TCM 2004 competition. Simply create either a banner(draped over railings) or a flag (to be waved in the crowd)(examples below) for any European club.
FLAGS
256x128 pixels

BANNERS
256x95 pixels

The official site will then run a poll to pick out the top three designs. After the voting is done the winner will receive a Newcastle United shirt signed by Bobby Robson and a Wembley Turf Globe, with the two runners up winning a Wembley Turf Globe each. All three prize winners will then have their banners submitted to the developers of FIFA in Canada, to be considered as artwork in the next game. Simply post your image here to submit your entree.

Andrew No Longer Webmaster
Unfortunetly, Andrew will no longer work on TCM Online. This I know is very disappointing, for many people including myself and hopefully he will continue making excellent patches such as the ball physics patch for TCM 2003. I will be taking over the management of the site and will try my best to continue to give you guys the latest tcm news and contents. Please do not send your files to andrew@sportsgoal.com, until we find a new download manager no new files will be added. Sorry and thanks for your patients.

Official Patch 1.21 Announced
EA Sports has announced today status of the 1.21 patch. They have said that it is in the first stage of testing but they do not anticipate it to be released next week. There will be not much changes from this patch except for fixing the staff bug that was introduced in patch 1.20. This will pretty much be patch 1.20 without the staff bug.
There will be two downloads.
1) A replacement file for Patch 1.20 which will update games from Patch 1.10 to Patch 1.21. This is for anyone who has NOT already installed Patch 1.20.
2) A smaller file, specifically for those who have already installed Patch 1.20. This will update games from 1.20 to 1.21.
More information will be posted when we find out more.

3d Mode Breakthrough
JARiise has discovered a way to get rid of the problem of wingers playing as strikers in the 3d mode.
Here are the steps to getting it to work...
1. Choose a menu formation that includes a winger
2. In the individual orders menu tell your two wingers to "all out attack."
3. Start the 3d match and the wingers won't keep going into strikers position.
Now we can finally see wingers crossing the ball into the box and striker scoring. Thankyou JARiise for this major breakthrough.
