Posted by flame Sunday, September 28 2003 TCM 2004 Release Date Pushed Back Protaganist (web Producer of the official TCM 2004 website)has posted on the official boards that the release date has been pushed back to November 21st. This was what he posted... I can confirm that the UK release has moved to later in November. The date is currently November 21st, however there is a good chance it might move back further, or come forward again. Such is the nature of game releases. This year, EA Sports has planned many exciting features for the series. These include managing national teams, football fusion, stadium editor and much more.
