Training Guide

Training is vital to TCM2004, from players aged 9 to 39. It enables your players to reach their full potential and become great players. Setting the right objectives and then the right training regime can make even the least talented player a good first team player. If you look at the objectives CPU teams set, they are often "Level x." Whilst this enables players to level up quickly, it is also not so good, as players should learn new skills first. (as Level X is not as affected as age) For those of you who know me on the sportsgoal Forums, I have recently had a burst of knowledge that was the Dave CM0304 Training Schedule. I used to do training on TCM2003 very well, and now I'm going to apply all my training knowledge to make your players into champions! Training in the right way also ensures the maximum possible bonus points for a player.

As the guide is quite long I have split it into four sections:

- Part 1: Selecting an Objective for the players
- Part 2: Selecting Staff Members
- Part 3: Creating the Training Schedules
- Part 4: Advanced Schedules, Pitfalls of Training and Selecting the Right Objectives
